Learn tools to regulate your nervous system in this class to find calm and grounding.
Try the power of breathwork, movement, and other grounding practices that enhance mental clarity, reduce stress, and foster emotional balance. These sessions will guide you through intentional breathing and regulating techniques, promoting relaxation and improved overall well-being. You will receive a journaling prompt and 5-10 minutes to reflect, or journal, how you feel before we regulate with breath, and the expression of guided movement, and stretching. During class, you will have the opportunity to fill up on positive affirmations and tools to use outside of class when you may need to remain calm and grounded.

Awaken and align your mind and body with this 45-minute gentle full-body flow of yoga-inspired stretches and breathwork, with motivating music, and inspiring words to set the tone for your day with Mindful Beginnings.

NamaSTAY In Bed
Stretch, reduce anxiety, and sleep better with this class you can do in your own bed!
This 45-minute class is perfect for when you can't or don't want to get out of bed. If you want to relax and do light stretches to connect with your mind, breath, and body, this class is for you! Nothing is needed to participate in this class but a space you are comfortable in. I recommend the following props to enhance your relaxation further and support your body in poses. Still, they are not mandatory for this class.
Guided Stretch Therapy & Mobility
Stretch therapy & mobility work you can do anywhere, guided by a certified stretch therapist
This 45- Min guided stretch therapy and mobility recovery class that you can do anywhere is for everyBODY, but also great for post-workout recovery, athletes, or those with more rigorous lifestyles. This class is perfect for stretching tight muscles, gaining functional flexibility, breaking down fascia, improving range of motion (ROM), relieving stiff, achy joints, or those who can't receive in-person assisted stretch therapy for whatever reason. While working as a trusted and professionally trained stretch therapist for a popular American stretch therapy corporation, I gained firsthand experience working with several physical challenges that my clients had. In this class, I will demo safe stretches, PNF, fascia releasing techniques, and movements to improve body fluidity, paired with various breathing techniques to relieve tension in the body, help you ease into stretches, and improve your mobility for daily movements.

Toddler Time (Ages 1-3)
An online community space for you and your toddler to play, explore, move, and interact with others.
As a stay-at-home mom for 4, I wanted to build a class inspired by my toddler and other caregivers of toddlers. In this safe virtual community for you to use in your own space, we will take 30-minutes to focus on age-appropriate movement and activities for you to try with your toddler. You will have the option to take class privately by keeping your camera/mic off during class, or the option to take class with your camera and mic on to let your little one engage with others their age. The purpose is to let our little ones be the center of Toddler Time, so just show up as you are without feeling pressured to engage in conversations with other adults if you're already feeling at capacity and not up to it. You can ask me questions during class that are relevant. You are welcome to reach out to me privately outside of class with questions to keep classes flowing and timely for everyone.

Virtual: Yoga Sleep Session (Yoga Nidra)
Can't sleep? Try this session!
Did you know a 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice is equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep? During this session, you will get comfortable lying down with a pillow for support. You will listen to calming music while following the prompts of my voice in a guided meditation. This meditation is effective in reducing anxiety and stress. You will follow natural and guided breathing patterns to deeply relax your mind and body to a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by guided meditation.
